“I hope whoever is reading this has the time for my novel. Let me start off by saying the obvious, Erik is exceptional! I sprung a 45 day solo trip on him with just about 30 days to plan.
From the moment that we had our initial call discussing what I wanted, I immediately felt a sense of relief, knowing that my trip was going to be in good hands! Once I got to Europe, Erik was on it multiple times a day making sure that my day was starting well and making sure to let me know that even from halfway across the world if there was anything I needed he was available!
For me, this trip was about growth and getting out of my comfort zone, it’s incredible the activities that were recommended to really push me to apply facing my fears!
Down to my very last meal. I had told Erik I wanted a memorable Michelin star dinner. I cannot express how the place that he picked was so personal and will forever be the perfect ending and memory to my trip of a lifetime.
